I am not totally sure why they were removed (perhaps by accident?) as they are are advertised to the public as raptor watchpoints. The Wykeham one even has a web page about it on the Forestry Commission website. The Durham Bird Club is having an outing to the Hamsterley one on Sunday

I recently asked about a certain bird of prey on this website, but the comments have been removed. Wyekam Forest was giving to me from RSPB employee and a TMBC senoir member. Both forests are "Public" Raptor watchpoints, i fully understand that these websites can be used by certain people with the wrong intentions but these are both under Organisations which offer protection for these buetifull birds, we need more people to attend these watchpoints to fully understand these magnificent birds of prey for many a type off reasons (conservation, experience, ie). Other more secret locations need to remain just that, secret........Thankyou D.Woodgate
